Dear Governors I found an injured cat at the foot of my block on 15 Sep 2001. The very moment when I saw the cat, her head was already tilted. Without delay, I sent it straight to Mount Pleasant Animal Hospital at Stevens Rd to receive immediate medical attention. Presently, the cat is still on a medication in the hospital and according to the vet, her illness will recover and show sign of improvement faster only if she have a home, otherwise, her condition will be aggravated. Sad to say, I am really disappointed that I could not accommodate the sick cat in my home because my parents have already got one cat. I need support and help desparately indeed. Due to the urgency of this matter, I do hope that you could accept the sick cat. The disclaimer spelt out is fully understood. Please kindly give a reply, please! Thank you. Yours respectfully Jeff 24th September 2001 3.04am "She is about 3-4yrs old, female, seen by Dr Lynn Soon at Mt Pleasant Veterinary Surgery, Stevens Road. The vet is not sure of the cause but she has respiratory infection, stomach sunken in(possible FIP infection) and tilted neck to the right. Few days back, Jeffrey saw her jumping and walking around but not eating well...so the vet said it could be cat flu but I think we would want to get second opinion by animal clinic as Mt Pleasant wants to release her..." |
