Subject: Re: Emailing: yuen-kwan - newbie at mc "I passed by Bugis MRT at about 11.00pm on 20th Sept '03 and saw it cuddled at the side of the building wall expectingly, yet hopelessly. I remarked that I can't be indifferent to the sight. So tiny yet out on its own on such a windy night. When I finished talking and stood hesitating what to do, it jumped off the
ledge and raced towards me. I was standing abt 10 feet away. As it raced
towards me, I can't help but bend down to pick it up and brought it home in a
plastic bag. All the while it was quiet and resigned. The next morning it ate
like a glutton. Yet it did not cry for food the night before. It seems to me a
very sensible being capable of scaling some heghts in cultivation. I hope
suffficient to leave for Amitabha Pure Land with at the end of the day. |
