Geez, haven't updated this thing forever. Turned 19 this Tuesday - yay me. College starts on Monday. The campus, or at least the part where I'm studying, is within a ten-minute drive of my home, so I'm not moving anywhere. Not about to complain.

Have a really strange fic going on. While it does have an interesting plot, lots of good character interaction and some funny comedy to top it up, the whole thing relies on me being a Creatrix with unlimited power who can take over Cephiro, in under two pages, just because I feel like it. It's also incredibly injoke-y, stars characters that no-one's ever heard of created by me and my Imouto-chan, and contains some bits untranslatable to English.

The worse thing is that just when I think the plot has shifted away from the baisic "I'm all-powerful" idea enough to let me re-write it for the general public, something comes up which makes the previous god-playing absolutely necessary for the action to continue. I've even imagined a sequel, which does not feature me in any way, stars only established Anime characters and a few necessary original extras, and *still* is impossible to turn into a stand-alone story.

Am thinking about writing a different Creatrix story for the general market. Even made a teaser line: "Being an all-powerful, world-forging, story-weaving Creatrix is not as interesting - or as boring - as you'd think."

Last thing: Got a new cellphone for my birthday. It has WAP net access and voice dailing. I demonstrated it to my Granny. She was suitably impressed that when I say "phone Mum", Mum's cellphone rings. Then she asked me jokingly wether when I said "Gimme 20 bucks" a twenty-dollar bill would appear. I immedaitely replied that no, it wouldn't, but I could set it up so that saying "Gimme 20 bucks" would make her phone ring, which is the next best thing.

Just dropping by the c@fe from a party in Zakopane. I'll just say this: Music can be loud. It can be very loud. It can even be very, very loud. But when it's so loud you feel like your inner ear is being poked with a sharp stick, well, that's when it gets just a bit too loud.

There's a karaoke bar down the street which I've been wanting to check out. Or I might go to my favourite arcade and shoot things. Shooting things is good.

You are 42% geek
You are a geek liaison, which means you go both ways. You can hang out with normal people or you can hang out with geeks which means you often have geeks as friends and/or have a job where you have to mediate between geeks and normal people. This is an important role and one of which you should be proud. In fact, you can make a good deal of money as a translator.

Normal: Tell our geek we need him to work this weekend.

You [to Geek]: We need more than that, Scotty. You'll have to stay until you can squeeze more outta them engines!

Geek [to You]: I'm givin' her all she's got, Captain, but we need more dilithium crystals!

You [to Normal]: He wants to know if he gets overtime.
