Location: Monument 21 was found by a local inhabitant, Jorge Zapot, in 1975 and was moved to the courtyard of the regional museum in Santiago Tuxtla sometime prior to 1984.

Condition: Broken at one end.

Material: This monument was found subsequent to Williams' work. However, there is nothing about it to suggest that its material is any different than that of Monument 1.
Dimensions: Height 82 cm, Diameter 47 cm, Diameter of hole 24 cm. Conical holes drilled from each end meet at 41 cm.
Description: Monument 21 is a column which is pierced on the long axis by two conical holes which meet at the center.
