Got outa bed
Scratchin' my head
Stubbed my toe on the door
Looked in the mirror
I could still hear her
Sayin' I ain't gonna see you no more

Put on a pot
Made it too hot
I burned myself tryin' a sip
Set out the bread
Wishin' I were dead
Said she was takin' a trip

Turned on the TV
I'm watchin' Pee Wee
Can't seem to find the remote
I was so bitter
I shouldn't have hit her
She said goodbye in a note

Should've known better
Washed my wool sweater
Can't seem to do nothin' right
She's off an runnin'
I'm sittin' bummin'
What am I doin' tonight
