Winner announced.

Start writing. 1 600 words written, including the opening section and the end of the story.

April 12

Another 1 000 words written.

April 14

Another 1 800 words written.

April 16

The final 600 words written.
First draft e-mailed off to a friend to read over and comment on.

April 23

Comments sent back.
Contract arrives.

April 24

Draft revised - some parts rewritten, a character renamed.
Revised draft e-mailed to Simon.

May 3

Receive e-mail back from Simon requesting changes.
Respond to his email with my comments

May 5

Simon responds to my e-mail.
Replied to Simon with further comments.

May 8

Simon sends revised plot line for me to comment on.
Replied with my comments.

May 16

Wrote 2 000 words of revisions and e-mailed them to Simon

May 19

Simon sends comments and additions to draft.

May 23

Wrote further revisions and e-mail them to Simon.

September 2

Received copy of text for error-checking.

September 6

Sent off list of corrections.

October 11

A Life Worth Living now available for purchase.

October 18

Received author copies of A Life Worth Living.
