The Sad
Girl

Rare is there a
day go by,
The sad girl
don't just
sit and cry.
Her soul is
damaged beyond
repair,
She hangs her
head in total
despair.

Her thoughts are
bleak,
Her mind is weak.
Her heart is
skipping several
beats.
This deep
depression she
must defeat!

Her life has not
been very
kind,
It has brought
her hurt
and made her blind.
Promises broken,
no strength
in truth at all,
Trust and belief
a constant
battle.

Now when she
should be in
her prime,
Nothing feels
good, nothing
holds rhyme.
No happy thought
cross her
mind,
Will death bring
her peace
in time?

Lady death has
knocked upon
her door,
Letting her know
it wont
be long, she will hurt no more.
She struggles to
make it
the best end she can,
She reaches out
to those
that tell her they are her friend.

Good-bye cruel
world, Im
at my end.
Thank you to
those who was
a true friend.
You made my
journey less
pain full
And for that I
am forever
thankful.
