(Murder In A Small Town)

Where do I begin?
Delores Wells, Just starting her life as a mother and wife, getting ready to graduate...
She was abducted by a very sick man on January 26th 1987, she was only 19,
Had so much life to live  head of her.
This sick man brutally beat and raped her, not feeding her at all for two weeks, which to her must of felt like two decades, telling her she wouldn't be needing food, She was going to die anyway,
He would turn on the T.V. and let her see the news....
Let her watch her family hurting so badly, and everyone was trying to find her, just to add to
the curliness; he was gaining what from?  Her Mother (such a brave women), formed search parties,
She would not give up until they at least found her! And two weeks later, they did find her, in a shallow,
cold grave...
This animal had glued her mouth, eyes and nose shut, before he dug into the earth to lay her young
body to rest. Her two week nightmare was over, and in it's wake was a son left behind to grow up
not knowing his, "Mommy", Her family and so many friends, still filled with grief for their loved one that was taken from them by this cruel heartless monster...
Would Justice prevail? Would this man suffer as he had made her, his remaining days on earth,
a place in which he didn't deserve to be in the first place?
Oh yes, they gave him the death penalty, but was that really enough? He would live for many years,
But Delores didn't get to... Nope, at his hands she was murdered!
And this animal would be given the rights to not only marry while behind bars, But he gets visits with his children. Can you imagine just what his wife would put in a family album, or what words she will search for to describe the worth of their father?
Delores will never hold her son in her arms again!
Delores... A woman who had her whole future ahead of her, One that didn't give up on making her life better, But he took her life!
My God in Heaven, I feel so sick hearted for Delores's family and these children, All of their lives they will have to live with what their father did to an innocent young girl!!!!
In my opinion, Our justice system not only handed down a sentence to this "Animal", but to the children he had fathered.....
Because Im left to wonder, just how this will mold their young minds, and the expense it will cost them to lead normal lives in our world today!
And Im afraid for these kids, How can a woman love a man who did such things as this man did and want to marry him after he had done it? What kind of morals will she teach her children? I don't have the answer's to this, but it does put a fear and hurt in my heart!!
All I can think or feel is a deep pain in my heart for Delores's family, and friends,
and for these children who don't have a chance at a "Normal" life.
My deepest and most sincere prayers go out to Delores's Family
And to the Children that was made from such an evil product of nature!
Made God surround you in the folds of His arms and protect you from harm always!!!!
In closing, I have to ask,
"Did Justice Prevail"?
