There is a new game coming out for the N64 soon next year called: SUPER MARIO RPG 2!!! Here is all the known stuff I know about it.

It's coming, ready or not. Squaresoft has given Nintendo the rights to make it. The not-long-enough awaited sequel to SMRPG is coming out for N64, specifically their new gimmick, the 64DD (disk drive; meaning that it'll BE ON A DISK INSTEAD of a cartridge!). New information has said that the 64DD will probably not EVER make it to U.S. shores, so this may not even APPLY! (I'll praise the lord when I'm sure it WON'T!)
The 1 player game is going to BE 2D in a 3D enviroment (like the 8-bit Mario trick in Booster Tower), which is sad, considering the N64's capabilites, for kids, and super easy. FORTUNATELY for humanity, delays in the system make its release date 1999, or probably later. Also, it'll probably have voices and text. As for the BIG LEVELS that Chris Mentioned, I personally doubt that, considering that it's for the kids. In addition, get this, ENEMIES WILL BECOME YOUR FRIENDS!! Not only that, but they attack automatically, meaning that they don't have any special attacks and that Nintendo saved a lot of time in making it so they could fool around and enjoy their money, an up-and-coming old hat with them.
Well that's all I know about it (oh yeah, the 64DD may cost about $100-$200 and the game will cost about $50). All in all, not worth 50 cents, yet alone $150.
