Twenty Forms of Basic Pre-Arranged Street Kumite
White to Yellow Belt
From Same Side Hand Grab - Straight up release, throw
opponents hand down.
From Same Side Hand Grab - Kick shin, KIAI, basic hand
release, run.
From Same Side Hand Grab - Rotate hand up and strike to
free, palm heel strike to assailant. KIAI
Yellow to Orange Belt * Atemi Waza to be used as needed on any technique.
From Cross Hand Grab - Small circle to control, arm bar, front
snap kick to face - KIAI
For Adults, From Side Headlock - Groin strike with right arm,
reach up and around face with left hand, secure hold on face
w/left, strike back of knee w/right, rotate two hands to throw
assailant.
For Youth under 8, Thrown Over Shoulder - Climb up back
to get release, elbow strike to face. KIAI
Orange to Blue Belt * A Kiai should be made on every major strike.
From Same Side Lapel Grab - Trap hand to chest, wrist lock,
elbow to top of arm and force down.
From Same Side Lapel Grab - Trap hand to chest, wrist lock,
trap assailant's arm under armpit, twist and force down.
From Same Side Lapel Grab - Trap hand to chest, wrist lock,
trap assailant's arm under armpit, twist and drop, breaking
arm.
Blue to Green Belt
From Choke Hold - Crossed push hands release, step back,
twist opponent into arm lock/arm bar with their own two arms.
From Choke Hold - Weave release, elbow strike, sidekick.
From Choke Hold - High block release, elbow strike, back kick.
Green to Purple Belt
Grab From Behind, Same Side Shoulder - Arm circle, wrist trap, arm bar.
Grab From Behind, Opposite Side Shoulder - Arm circle, wrist trap, hyperextend opponent's elbow with body strike.
Grab From Front, Two Hands On Shoulders - Reach up and trap cross arm w/right, strike into nerve at top of elbow w/left. Pull hand off shoulder w/right and twist into wrist lock. Assist w/left hand shove hand back into opponent's face.
Purple to Advanced Purple Belt
*Not tested at this rank, but learn them at this time.
Grab From Behind, Arm Around Neck - Tuck chin, as arm comes around you, grab opponent's biceps and wrist, apply pressure slide out backwards and put opponent into arm bar.
Grab From Behind, Arm Around Neck - Turn head into crook of elbow, grab opponent's biceps and wrist, apply pressure, stomp instep and twist arm into figure 4 armlock.
Grab From Behind, Bear Hug - Rap on back of hand with knuckles, grab fingers, bend them backward and roll out to side breaking fingers. Finish with kick to back of knee.
Advanced Purple to Brown Belt
Don't Want To Fight - Against Haymaker - Block w/left, right
hand palm heel strike to chin, front thrust kick to abdomen.
Don't Want To Fight - Against Haymaker -Block hard w/left,
left knife hand to neck tendon, figure 4 armlock to blocked arm.
Don't Want To Fight - Against Haymaker - Block w/left, tiger
claw across face w/left. Reach down w/right to lead leg ankle
and grab Achilles tendon and pull out while simultaneously
shoving against chest w/left. Retain hold on leg, finish with
leg hold.
Brown Belt to Black Belt
 Additional 60 freestyle techniques with Partner to combine with the 20 traditional techniques - will equal 100 techniques in all.
