Yellow to Orange Belt

4.     Front Snap Kick - (Groin)
5.     Roundhouse Kick
6.     Side Kick

Orange to Blue Belt*

*All forms 1 - 7, right and left side.

7.     Foot Sweep - KIAI on punch  

Blue to Green Belt *

 *All forms must be run right and left side from this point.  
  A Kiai should be made on every Major Strike.
