(Missing Enemy - Iron Horse Form 1)
Ready stance, attention, knuckle cover bow.
1. Look left while hands are in groin cover. Bring hands level, still in knuckle cover
step across to the left, with right leg in x-position, right hand still inside knuckle
cover.
2. Continue to step out left with left foot to horse stance, throwing left side knife
hand strike with palm down, rotate to palm facing up the middle. Right elbow
strike into open left palm. Look over right shoulder, chamber your left arm and
execute a low sweeping block to the right side with the right arm.
3. Execute a left side hook punch across the body, with the left arm, chambering
right arm. Still looking right, step out of horse stance by stepping across with left
leg in X position, throw groin punch with right arm, left arm remaining in left
forearm block position across the solar plexus.
4. Stepping out with right foot into horse stance, right arm throws a vertical backfist
to rear, while simultaneously the left arm throws a hammer fist groin punch to
the rear.
5. Right arm then throws a groin punch, while simultaneously the left arm goes
back to forearm block position across the solar plexus. Right arm then snaps
up and out in a back knuckle strike middle block. Left arm executes a
simultaneous down block.
6. Left leg executes a returning wave kick/block and returns to horse stance
position. Immediately the right leg executes a returning wave kick/sweep, right
leg then returns to horse stance position, while simultaneously the right arm
does a side hammer strike to the right side. KIAI (Trad. Var. - left arm throws
hook punch simultaneously)
9. The right hand now opens to a spear hand, and the left arm does a left elbow
strike into open right palm.
10. Look left, chamber your right arm, and execute a low sweeping block to the left
side, with the left arm.
11. Execute a right side hook punch across the body, with the right arm chambering
left arm. Still looking left, step out of horse stance by stepping across with right
leg in X position, throw groin punch with left arm, right arm remaining in right
forearm block position across the solar plexus.
12. Stepping out with left foot into horse stance; left arm throws a vertical backfist to
rear, while simultaneously the right arm throws a hammer fist groin punch to the
rear.
13. Left arm then throws a groin punch, while simultaneously the right arm goes
back to forearm block position across the solar plexus. Left arm then snaps up
and out in a back knuckle strike middle block. Right arm executes a
simultaneous down block.
14. Right leg executes a returning wave kick/block and returns to horse stance
position. Immediately the left leg executes a returning wave kick/sweep, left leg
then returns to horse stance position, while simultaneously the left arm throws a
left side knife hand strike with palm down. KIAI (Trad. Var. - right arm throws
hook punch simultaneously)
15. Left hand comes back to right as you step into attention stance, knuckle cover
bow.
 This form is symbolic of fighting in a linear fashion, as in a hallway or on a rice paddy dike.
 This form is to be run in less than 15 seconds.
 This form has hidden ground fighting and release techniques in it.
