[ Always check with Instructors for proper demonstration of Kata. These
guidelines are not to teach, but for a memory aid and reference.
[ If unsure of any reasons or the purpose of any moves, (Bunkai of the Kata)
ask Instructors. Kata is more believable if you know why you are
executing the technique.
[ Always remember the elements of Kata. Facial expressions are as
important as stances, as important as power, balance etc.
[ Any place in these Kata that there is a double or reinforced block, they
should be done with power and dynamic tension.
