The Lehigh Valley Treasure Club meets every last Wednesday of the month at the American Legion on Main Street ( Route 412 ) in Hellertown, Pa. Our membership has grown to about 50 members whose interests include not only metal detecting but also bottle hunting, dump sifting, and relic hunting. At every meeting the members bring in and display their finds for that month. Prizes are awarded buy categories pulled from a hat that nite. These can be most pull tabs, most clad coins, oldest American coin, oldest foreign coin, gold ring, nicest jewelry, and on and on. We never know what 3 categories will come out before the meeting. Some of the displays are really interesting to look at. If this sounds like your kind of people then please visit us at a meeting and meet the rest of the members. You may like to become one also.
Club dues are $ 10.00 per year or $15.00 per year which includes membership in "FMDAC", FEDERATION of METAL DETECTOR and ARCHEOLOGICAL CLUBS, Inc. See the link on the links page for more info on the FMDAC.
We run 2 paid ( usually $20.00 ) club only hunts per year and a special free summer club fun hunt/picnic.
