Is this the end? Or just the beginning...
Here is the oh so great Biography of Fluxx Capacitor. I guess really Fluxx is nothing more than a kid, trying to hold onto the memories of the calm peaceful times of his life. Looking back truly, I just want to be sitting my backyard with my family, eating hotdogs off the grill up in Waterbury, Vermont. Those were good times, but of course, all truly good times must go.
When I was 15, I was, and still am, a huge fan of Joy Electric. Ronnie Martin was always great inspiration to my very being, along with Starflyer 59, and of course some of the more angry, but still lovable 80's punk bands (The Ramones, The Clash, etc.) Then one day I met a Kid named Cody, who went by the name Trinitite. He had a couple tunes up on mp3.com and made some kicking tracks in his spare time. He told me how he did that and I thought 'hey, I could do that...' So the short and the long of it is, I did.
Years later, much has changed. But somehow Fluxx Capacitor has stayed pretty much the same in the public eye. Having done a few small projects for Timmons and Company, an advertising agency based out of philadelphia (http://www.timmonsandcompany.com) I was offered an oportunity to spread the word a little. But alas, I grabbed the opportunity as much as it would allow but it just wasn't enough to jumpstart the popularity.
But here I am now, sitting at a laptop in a small barracks room on a Naval Amphibious Base, studying at the Armed Forces school of music. Still pumping out the music that I love, and love to make. I'll probably never stop. I'll be 40 years old, still make cd after cd thats only bought by the few people in the world who actually like my music enough to care. But you know what? I don't... I just don't care. I love to do it, and I always will...
