September:

    Dear Journal,

          I finally got my internet hooked up and ready and downloaded all the old programs on my computer, you know, AIM, yahoo messenger, etc. Anyway, I was on AIM waiting around for something to do before classes started, and Tish Im'd me. It's funny but I remember that our conversations would last hours. I mean I wouldn't go to bed until midnight and sometimes even later than that, and I would never notice. I don't know why, but sometimes I dream and fantasize that one day she would just IM me with the message, "I want to be your lady". I can't explain that one I mean I don't think I've ever seen her face before. Oh well. She's a real special lady, and I hope she handles herself well and that life gives her what she truly deserves...nah, there's not enough wealth and fame to spread around to somebody so sweet. I mean, whenever I was in need she and angel were always there for me. They made me feel better. That's why both of them are becoming my best friends. Anyway, I got to get ready for class so I'll talk to you later.

Nov 6:

     Happy Birthday to me. I gave Tish a ring and she started to sing for me. She was singing Happy Birthday like Marilyn Monroe. For some reason she was so shy about it, I can't explain it. She kept laughing as she sung, but still it was very sweet. So I just listened to her and started to imagine her in the dress Monroe wore in the 7 year itch. Tish would look real gorgeous in that dress. *smile* Anyway, I have to confess that I am starting to like her. I mean, she'd laugh at me, but I remember getting so jealous whenever she talked to James. I know I'm falling for her but I got to calm that down. She has a man, and I don't think she'd ever like me. Anyway, she's one of my best friends and I'll be by her side for as long as she'll stand me *lol*.

Now:

     I don't even know how this happened, talk about whirlwind. All of a sudden my mind whirls over and over with thoughts of Tish. I'm in love with her and I know that now. It makes me feel great that she likes me as well. I don't know where this is heading but I know that with her I'm going to enjoy every step of the way. With her by my side, I feel that I can take on the world. The best thing though is that she and I connect. I don't know if the idea of a soul mate is real, but if it is I know that Tish and I certainly fit the bill. I love her with all my heart, and I hope she will love me with all of hers...<The rest of the page is unmarked but Tish, you and I have plenty of time and room to add to these pages.
