The Borland Database Engine (BDE) must be on
your system (download a < 5MB version from
the internet
or go to Borland website >11MB, smaller version
okay)

From installer, browse to the folder where Password
Database files will reside (or first create
a folder and then
browse to it from the installer) and place all
files

Open the BDE Administrator (Bdeadmin.exe or
Bdeadmin.cpl) to set the Databases | Alias(name)
to 'PWord' without the quotes
Steps:

Go to Object | New
-
Dialog box STANDARD | OK

Under Databases tab rename STANDARD
to PWord (case sensitive)

For Definition | PATH enter the path
to Password Database (PWord.exe file)
i.e. C:\MyFolder\ResideFolder then Save
the idapi32.cfg
