TriPeaks
Tired of the same old stupid Windows solitaire game, where your odds in winning are somewhere around 1 in 40? Then try out TriPeaks. It's a fairly simple but engaging game. You draw cards from a pile on the bottom, and your goal is to clear away all the cards above the pile (arranged into peaks, hence the name). You can put a card one higher or one lower than the card on the bottom onto the bottom in its place. It has to be played to be believed. Don't be fooled - it's a simple game, but it's tough, and surprisingly addictive.
rpg making
The multi-file RPG Maker 95 - 100% English is coming, but it takes a while to sift everything together into a bunch of .zips, so this is incomplete. Of course, the Travel Center will link to pages who already contain the full RPG Maker 95... maybe I shouldn't bother.

WinDice
For my fellow computer-based RPG assemblers, WinDice is a godsend. Randomly roll dice without ever leaving the comfort of your computer. Plenty of options, and a nice alternative to lifting huge numbers of polyhedral dice just to test a few stats against your ideal power level.
(Random dragon name generator? Working on it...)
GameName
In the course of any RPGs, you probably have countless unimportant NPCs, or important NPCs, whose names you cannot think of. Why expend that much effort? This nifty little program will randomly spew a name for you, be it a random conglomeration of letters or a normal name like "Michael Fairbanks III". Fun and useful.

Guild of Professional Actors Font
Does this page all seem to be in normal Times New Roman font? It shouldn't be. This .zip file contains the TrueType font "Guild of Professional Actors", which is used all over this page for headers left and right. A cool font on general principal, grab it if you don't already have it.
(Gryph loves chasing cats...)
Neko 95
This program is the absolute epitome of "cool and useless". It gives you a little cat (or other things, if you have the right .icls) that runs around the desktop chasing your mouse, sleeping, and other neat things. Is there a point? No. But it is absurdly fun to watch the cat chase around your pointer as you gyrate it wildly around the desktop. (Sick, yeah. Fun, too.)
