You remember Little Golden Books, right? Those tiny little volumes intended to help teach the young people of America about such virtues as eating all your vegetables and saying "please" and other such skills that enable you to function normally in a social environment? Well, like everything else, sometimes things fall between the cracks of Little Golden Books, and therefore some titles are rejected before publishing.
