Battletech: Clan 'Mechs
(Broken really wants to meet the REAL Anubis and be put out of his misery...)
Anubis
A 75-ton Omni fielded by both Clan Coyote and Clan Cloud Cobra. One of my personal favorites, with seven configurations designed for a variety of combat roles.
Babylon
A 30-ton 'Mech fielded by Clan Cloud Cobra, this is a light 'Mech with an extremely heavy weapon - an Ultra AC/20.
Lightbringer
A 55-ton Omni fielded by Clan Ghost Bear, the Lightbringer makes good use of the Clan's extensive energy arsenal (including the new Star Adder Heavy Lasers) to produce a fully ammo-free 'Mech. (NOTE: In need of a few minor revisions... sometime in the near future.)
Overseer IIC
A 100-ton 'Mech based off of the Inner Sphere OVR-2B Overseer C3 command machine. (NOTE: Possibly due for a complete overhaul... by the CV system, it's a powerhouse, but more realistically it's a sort of low-end 'Mech design.)
Sturmvogel
A 45-ton 'Mech fielded by Clan Coyote (and possibly Clan Ice Hellion), the Sturmvogel is what happens when you mix one inventive Clan commander, one shattered Trinary, and several 'Mech remains.
Battletech: Inner Sphere 'Mechs
(The DCMS has friends in high places.)
(NOTE: Most of these 'Mech designs are in for at least some minor overhauls, while others, like the OVR-2B and the TDR-KF-5, might be in for total revisions.)
FLSH-3B Flashpoint
A 35-ton 'Mech, originally designed as a part of my conceptual C3 network, this light 'Mech uses multiple Streak SRM launchers to deliver a withering assault, as well as providing a spotter for other C3 units. (Might make a good Kurita 'Mech...)
MPCT-2A Impacter
A 30-ton 'Mech roughly equivalent to Clan Diamond Shark's Pirhana, this 'Mech uses the much-maligned machine gun and its high speed to maximum possible effect.
MSK-X-1A Mackie
A 100-ton 'Mech based off the original Mackie, this assault 'Mech gains a great deal in the tradeoff from older technology to newer versions.
(Caine can get behind anything that calls itself an overseer. He feels at home.)
OVR-2B Overseer
A 100-ton 'Mech with twin C3 master computers, designed to act as the leader of a command lance and two other lances, completeing a C3 network. (NOTE: This design is probably in for a full overhaul... it's a good concept, but it does need work on the weapons load.)
PLS-3F Pulsar
A 55-ton LAM (making it a Level 3 'Mech), this 'Mech is perfectly suited for quick strikes against Clan machines, with good speed and armament coupled with more than sufficient armor protection.
SIL-5V Silhouette
A 50-ton 'Mech designed to act as the commander of a C3-linked recon lance, the SIL-5V is a compotent, if not outstanding, medium 'Mech design. (NOTE: This one also might be in for a complete overhaul... too much on the Medium Lasers.)
SPT-7F Sprinter
A 30-ton 'Mech with a C3 unit, this light scout's high speed helps it fufill its intended role of spotter with ease, although it can easily be outgunned by other machines.
TDR-KF-5A Killing Fury
A 65-ton reworking of the TDR-5S Thunderbolt, this 'Mech is a study in damage placement. A special-case Level 3 rule is included. (NOTE: This is another iffy one... I might just scrap this for a straight-out TDR-5S upgrade.)
WLF-1A Wolfman
A 55-ton 'Mech that once again illustrates what can come from inventive techs and battlefield salvage.
