To explain in detail, I would have to use a lot of space and it would be in depth, but I can work on a condensed version. I love to share my secrets on how to make C3PO. Do you know those toboggans that are a sheet of plastic? Well those are what the arms and legs are made of. Also, take an old pair of shorts, tape the whole thing up with DUCT tape while on you, and sew on plastic pieces with 40 or 50 lb. tast fishing line instead of thread.

The Plastic pieces are detail. Attach wires to a black bodysuit to wear underneath everything. The chest was made from a mannequin. I cut it in half, then added pieces to so it would fit proper. I bought the mask but inserted 3 lights in each eye.

And as for the cost of ot? Truly, the most costly thing is the darn paint. I have to buy 4 tins of spray paint at about $7.00 each. Everything else is very inexpensive to get, and you may already have many parts in your own home. I would love to appear on your webpage and for now, I will send you some new pics, (but not all of them). And oh yes, these pics were taken BEFORE the final touches were made. You can notice some of my secrets if you look closely. We will be in touch, and thank you very much for your interest. If given proper measurements, anyone could be C3PO!!
