Hey guys! I took the time to record some Batman: The Animated Series wavs from several different episodes. However the characters I recorded are the same voice actors who voiced in the TMNT cartoon and the movies. They guest starred in these few ep's. Below the BTAS ep's are listed along with the VA's who voiced each character. Also, I thought it'd make more sense to explain the synopsis of each ep, that way ya'll know what's going on when you're listening to these. To download, left-click and a Open/Save window should appear. If not, I usually right-click and do a Save Target As. Anyway, enjoy!

"I've Got Batman in my Basement"

Synopsis: In this particular Penguin episode, Batman gets knocked out from some gas the Penguin shoots at him. So it's up to Sherman and his gal pal Roberta to save the day! They stick Batman in his Batmobile, drive off, and hide him in Sherman's basement. With his jr. dectective kit, Sherman feels he's a pretty smart kid. But his two older teen bullies, Frank and Nick, disagree as they constantly tease him. But they be proven wrong!

Voice Actor: Adam Carl, the voice actor for Donatello in the movie TMNT 2: Secret of the Ooze, plays the voice of Nick. Listen to his higher voice and you can really tell! Note: There are a couple of pauses in one or two of the wavs.

Nick insulting Sherman

Nick saying he's kidding

Frank and Nick doubting Sherman

Frank and Nick saying hi to Sherman's mom

Opps, they dicovered the 'wheels'

"...it's the Batmobile."

Ut-oh, they discovered 'him' too!

Penguin arrives

Frank and Nick trying to awaken Batman

Still not awake!?

"We're safe!"

"You're the boss..."

No TMNT VA's in this one, but still a funny lil' addition!

Voice Actor: Rob Paulsen, the voice actor for Raphael in the TMNT cartoon, plays the voice of one of Penguin's henchman. His name is Jay actually.

Jay and the other guy stealing something

Jay and the other guy waiting for Penguin

Jay insulting Penguin's new vulture

Jay and Penguin talking about Batman

Jay suggesting noone's home

Jay falling under one of Sherman's booby traps!

"The Mechanic"

Synopsis: This is also a Penguin episode where he and his henchmen steal the Batmobile of all things, and force Batman's car mechanic to reprogram it to work against Batman.

Voice Actor: Barry Gordan, the voice actor for Donatello in the TMNT cartoon, plays the voice of another one of Penguin's henchmen, Sheldrake. And of course, he's a mechanic just like Donny...oye, Barry always has the same role! Hmmmm 'Shel'drake, as in 'shell', is there a similarity there? Kinda a coincidence how there are 2 Donny VA's in these ep's, and the fact that they are both in Penguin ep's, and the fact that these characters are both henchman of the Penguin. Is this a conspiracy? Heehee! And one other thing I'll mention. At the time I was watching and recording all these Batman ep's, back in the mid-90's, I had gotten out of TMNT. But funny thing was I was still able to tell that that was Donny's voice from a mile away, :D

Sheldrake getting a shock

"Blind as a Bat"

Synopsis: This is another Penguin episode where he steals this new technological chopper called the Raven. In the process of trying to stop him from stealing it, Batman temporarily becomes blind from a blast and has to figure out some way to stop him. One of the better ep's actually, :)

Voice Actor: Barry Gordan also does the same voice for the same character, Sheldrake. Boy, some of his "Yeooowww's!" sound familiar!

Sheldrake getting shocked by Penguin

Sheldrake checking the scanner

"Baby-Doll"

Synopsis: In this episode, a new and original character that's strictly created for BTAS, is introduced. (like Harley Quinn was an original character created from BTAS) Mary Dahl was an actress who starred with other cast members in a family sitcom, "Love that Baby" 20 years earleir. Mary has a rare medical condition called 'Systemic Hypoplasia', according to Batman (dunno how true that is) that kept her from aging. Therefore she was a 30-yr old on the inside, but remained a child on the outside. When she played Baby Doll, she was the cute little center of attention. However things didn't stay that way. When she left the show many years ago to become a dramatic actress, her career flopped. So here, she kidnaps her old cast members and brings them to the old set. The reason she did this is because she doesn't feel loved or appreciated anymore, as she once did as Baby Doll. So she reinacted the show with her old cast members as a sort of 'reminiscence' to her happiness. However Batman and Robin intervene with Mary's plans and rescue the cast members. Mary escapes and Batman pursues her to try to catch her and to talk some sense in to her; to tell her he understands her pain. The ending is rather sweet I think.

Voice Actor: Robbie Rist, the VA for Michaelangelo for all three Turtle movies, plays Brian Daily here. He's one of the cast members from the sitcom "Love that Baby" that Mary Dahl kidnaps. The way he yells I can really tell it's him!

Brian discovers a crying little girl

Brian pretending to be excited

Brian yelling in distress

"Christmas with the Joker"

Synopsis: Tis the season! In this episode Joker kidnaps several ppl from the police dept. and uses it to lure Batman and Robin into his trap. Also he haves fun wreaking havoc on Gotham at Christmas time.

Voice Actor: Not TMNT related but thought I'd add just for the fun of it. Mark Hamill of course!

Joker singing a 'non-traditional' form of Jingle Bells, lol!
