Did anyone come up with a copy of SWCH who would be willing to lend it to me for a week if I pay
   all charges?
Hope so. I live in the U.S.---I gather from what I've read here we are multinational.

Feliz Navidad a Marnie y Muchas Gracias!!

  Author: Angela Konen, Dec/11/1999 15:08:08

Thanks for the beautiful Christmas site Marnie!! As usual you have outdone yourself once again!!
   Looking
at the beautiful MG dancing made me think that he could play "Julio" in another remake of "The
Horseman of the Apocalypse". Julio danced the tango in the Rudoph Valentino version. Glenn Ford
   played Julio
in the 60's version (which I saw) but I do not remember if he danced or not. If two actors as
disparate as Valentino and Ford played that role MG could too.

Angela who is full of great Christms feeling (and millennium ones too)!!

Must agree Angela! Marnie has once again seen to all our needs at this site!!
Hmmm, anymore suggestions for roles for Michael? (If I remember correctly thats how the
Star trek adventure got started here!)

             - Inti, Dec/13/1999 17:20:33

Marnie, you have once again outdone yourself. If I only
only had a miniscule fraction of your artistic
             talent!

Your holiday page is a delight. Thanks for all your '
             efforts.

Merry Christmas to all. (For Angela:
Feliz Nochebuena y un Ano Nuevo lleno de dicha y
ventura.) Marnie, I hope you are hanging a
nice doggie-stocking on the fireplace for poor Havoc.

Inti (hey, Sonja, where did that Christmas pudding
thing come from? I never ate one of those things!
I will stick to overdosing on cutout sugar cookies.)

                      Inti's sugar addiction - Sonja, Dec/14/1999 06:47:04
                 Homepage: Voting booth

Now Inti, you know you have been banned from eating any more sugar cookies!!!
(Last time you OD'd on sugar cookies, you will remember, you got altogether too
'lyrical' about our Michael in his role as Gooch in DMO!)

Actually, I have no idea where the Christmas pudding came from, perhaps your
efforts to bake Amish Cinnamon Rolls somehow merged with the vision of you, up to
your elbows in dough, slaving over a hot oven...... the image just fit *grin*!

So, everyone got their homes all decorated? Tree up and sparkling? Got some steak
and beer (oops, sorry, it's the Aussie in me again) I meant cookies and milk, ready
                  for Santa's visit?

                  Merry Christmas everyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  Australian Christmas

  Author: Sonja, Dec/14/1999 07:16:40
  Homepage: Voting booth

In Australia, Christmas comes in the middle of a very hot summer. Now Santa can't go down there
with his reindeer, because they can't stand the terrible heat. So he has to be taken around by six
big ol'man kangaroos called, The Six White Boomers!

(words and music by Rolf Harris.)

Early on one Christmas day, a Joey kangaroo,
Was far from home and lost, in a great big zoo.
"Mummy, where's my mummy! They've taken her away!"
   {clip, clop sounds of reindeer approaching...followed by Santa's voice...}
"We'll help you find your mommy, son! Hop up on the sleigh!"

So up beside the bag of toys, little Joey hopped.
But they hadn't gone far when Santa stopped.
Unharnessed all the reindeer and Joey wondered why.
Then he heard a far off BOOMING in the sky....

   BOOM, BOOM, BOOM, BOOM.

   {chorus}
Six white boomers, snow white boomers.
Racing Santa Claus through the blazing sun.
Six white boomers, snow white boomers.
   On his Australian run!

Well soon the sleigh was flashing past right over Marble Bar.
"Slow down there!" Cried Santa. "We can't be far!
Hop up on my lap here, son, and have a look around."
"There, there she is, that's Mummy, bounding up and down!!"

   {chorus again girls.. 'Six white ...' etc}

So that's the bestest Christmas treat that Joey every had.
Curled up in mother's pouch feeling snug and glad.
The last they saw was Santa heading northward from the sun.
The only year the Boomers worked a double run.

   Hey! Six white boomers.....etc {yep, chorus again girls.....}

   THE END
   {Hmm, not bad girls, but lets try it again... from the top......ALL TOGETHER NOW..!!!!}

  Meanwhile.........

  Author: Sonja, Dec/10/1999 06:36:38
  Homepage: Voting booth

......back on the deck of the Starship Ente..... (oops, sorry) ...Wee Tartan Space Ship, Ensign Crusher
suddenly yelled into the chaos that was the Bridge, "Captain, Unidentified craft approaching at warp
   five!"

Captain Picard fought his way past the bevy of swooning and ill females (many were suffering from
motion sickeness due to the swaying motion of the ship as the crew attempted to 'sew' the rip in the
space-time continuum) towards his seat and yelled "On screen, Mr Crusher!"

   to be cont.........

     Meanwhile.........- Sonja, Dec/10/1999 06:36:38
  Homepage: Voting booth
            It's a bird! It's a plane! It's........SANTA CLAUS - Sonja, Dec/10/1999 10:34:15
       Homepage: Voting booth

An irritating 'jingling' sound filled the Bridge, as on the screen before them appeared a most
amazing sight. Six gaudily decorated reindeer flew past pulling a red and green sleigh. The fat
jolly man sitting atop several huge sacks grinned and waved and his 'Ho-ho-ho!' was heard even
above the jangling of millions of bells.

Inti yelled, "YES!! I knew listening to Christmas Carols on my car's tape deck would do it!"
Jami sighed, shook her head and said "Well, bah humbug!"
Gin and several of the others started humming 'Jingle Bells..' so loudly that eventually Jami
        slapped them all.
The Alien, along with all the 'alter-egos' from the alternate universe, were convinced this was a
new secret weapon and took cover anywhere they could find it, ready to defent themselves to
the death against this latest horror.

It was sensible Laura, who had been quietly sitting in front of her calculator all this time, once
again trying to figure out what it would cost the mgfans to fix the rip in the space-time
contuum (since the Captian's efforts had failed, she knew it would cost a pretty penny to get a
contractor in!), suddenly looked up and said:
"For goodness sake, everyone just settle down! Inti, unpack that Christmas pudding I KNOW
you brought along. Marnie, put the kettle on, and Sonja, you never go ANYWHERE without
some cucumber sandwiches, so - out with 'em!"

Everyone was so shocked at Laura's outburst that they immediately did as they were told. Out
from under her coat Inti pulled a homemade Christmas pudding, Marnie found the galley and
although it took her a while to figure out how to turn the stove on, managed to boil up some
water and add a few spoons of Earl Grey(eyes) tea ('one spoon for each, and one for the pot.'),
and Sonja gingerly removed several parcels of decidedly soggy cucumber sandwiches from her
        backpack.
Jami took one look at the sandwiches and announced that she never travelled anywhere without
her portable kitchen, and proceeded to whip up some amazing meatloaves.

Captain Picard, knowing that once again matters were totally out of his hands turned to
Commander Data, sighed, and said, "Well, beam the old codger aboard then!" And immediately,
with a loud 'Ho-ho-ho!" Santa, the sleigh full of sacks, and the six reindeer, materialized in
        front of them.

It was somewhat cramped on the bridge of the Starsh...(oops) Wee Tartan Spaceship, yet
everybody was soon filled with festive cheer (especially when the Alien's evil alter-ego
produced an 'eggnog' that was decidedly 'sweet'!).
The Wee Tartan Space ship was last seen waltzing off in the direction of the Delta quadrant,
with the strains of "It's beginning to feel a lot like Christmas' wafting past the planets.

        THE END

                 Bravo - Marnie, Dec/14/1999 21:06:50

What an ending!!! ...and so timely. I wonder what was at the top of everyone's Xmas wish
list ...and hey, where was the mistletoe ....what an opportunity lost!! LOL
Loved the story, Sonja. now, what was Angela suggesting?...MG in that Rudolph Valentino
role ...How about MG AS Rudolph Valentino! I remember a film on his life with Nureyev
...I think it's time to re-make it with MG! He dances a mean tango, too!
             Marnie

MG as Valentino -Sonja, Dec/15/1999 06:28:42
                 Homepage: Voting booth

                  "Amen" to that Marnie!!!!!!

Hmm, the Matter of the Missing Mistletoe! How to get out of this one?

'Twas Sonja's evil twin from the alternate universe. 'Real' Sonja was just about to
think of 'misteltoe', use it in the story, have everyone scrambling for it desperately
trying to hold it over the Alien's head (but they're all too short, silly fools!) when
'Evil' Sonja plucked it right out of 'Real' Sonja's brain! Quick as a wink she took
off with it, vowing to hide it from the poor mgfans for all eternity, awaiting her own
next chance encounter with the handsome Alien!!
Thus it is that there shall be no mistletoe in Greyland this Christmas, or any other
Christmas for that matter - not until the 'Evil' Sonja is found and the Mistletoe
                  rescued!!!! *oh horrors*!!

(Sheesh, Marnie! You keep me on my toes, you do!!)

Marnie has put up another page of pictures, this time from the film 'The Minion' in which Michael
has a supporting role opposite Dolph Lundgren. Do drop by, have a look, and give us your comments.
If you live in the States or Canada, this is one of the few chances you will have to see anything from
   this film!
A wee birdy also told me that Michael's Official Site should have a few others up in their photo
   gallery soon too.

  A message for T.

  Author: Marnie, Nov/22/1999 04:39:57

   Hi T.
I got your post to the MGFans board forwarded to the board's mail box (It gets a
copy of each post) and when I went to the board to reply your message
had vanished ....I don't know if it's a computer glitch or you intended
to delete it (usually I only get a copy if it's actually posted so I'm
   assuming the board ate it!)
Anyway, so you wouldn't wonder what had happened I thought I'd reply so
that you can re-post your message again, if you'd like....or, as I have
a copy, I can paste it and post it again for you. Also, to let you know
that you can find the article you're interested in at Michael Greyeyes
Official Fan Page and the page link to the article is
   http://www.geocities.com/Hollywood/Boulevard/6090/page12.html
Thanks for dropping by the message board and hope you come by again,
   Marnie

            Thankyou - T...., Nov/23/1999 05:12:03

        Marnie,
        Thanx for replying so quickly!
No I didn't intend for my message to get lost.
        But seeing how I
I found the article, and saved it, you don't have
        to repost.
I'll stop by again sometime, I don't usually
have a voice, but that really bothered me.
        Thanx again.
        Tina
PS. Great job w/ your page!

I CAN'T BELIEVE THIS!! I MISSED the DETAIL of OUR HERO on the background. I do
not wait enough time when I move around on the computer, and I think that's part of the
        problem.

Anyway I LOVE IT. THANK YOU.
