Terms and Conditions of Use

1) You are welcome to use my graphics on personal and not for profit sites only. If you have a commercial site, and are interested in my graphics, please contact me for license purchasing options and any additional copyright terms.

2) A link back to my site is required on any and all pages that contain my graphics. I will provide a graphic that matches each set in the download. The HTML codes to link back will also be included as a text file with the files.

3) Please download images to your own hard drive and then upload them to your site. Do not link directly to the image on my server.

4) Do not alter the images in any way, with the exception of adding text to the blank buttons. Altering includes cropping, color change, and resizing.

5) Do not "mix and match" the graphics, please use them as they were meant to be used, as a set. Please don't use images from different sets on the same page. It'll probably look ugly anyway. :D

6) My graphics may not be used in any online collections, CD ROM collections, sold, or redistributed in any way with out my permission.

7) DO NOT use on sites that contain sexually explicit material or language, hate material (including gender, sexual orientation, ethnic, religious and/or racial slurs), child endangerment, or threats to human life.

8) Please e-mail me with your URL if you have used my graphics on your site, so I may view your site and confirm that the images are being used in accordance with my terms. As the copyright holder and creator, I reserve the right to deny permission should the site violate any of the above terms. (I also just like to see them in use! :D)
