I have a couple pages of backgrounds I've made in Paint Shop Pro. They are fairly easy to make.
For the flowered backgrounds, I used the program 20/20 to create seamless tiles. You can take anything you like here for personal use. All I ask is that you don't claim them as your own. Enjoy!
