[Wehnimer's, Garden]
A small, well-tended garden surrounds a little shack here.  Clipped traesharm berry bushes serve as a low fence, enclosing the herbs and flowers of the plot.  A garden bower, made of modwir twigs twisted together and covered with flowering vines, shelters a bench of finely polished onyx.  You also see the party tent.

Hollowsky says, "Welcome everyone to this joyous occasion.  We are here to witness Deziree Corrigall and Lovar Twiuck take vows that will forever link their lives.  This is indeed a special time for these two are about to commit themselves fully to each other."

Hollowsky says, "Vows are always noticed by the gods, never forgotten.  Those who fullfill them are blessed in a special way, and woe to those that forget them."

Hollowsky turns to face Deziree.

Hollowsky asks, "Deziree, have you prepared a vow for Lovar?"

Deziree says, "I have"

Deziree turns to face Lovar.

Deziree clears her throat.

Deziree recites:

    "You cannot possess me for I belong to myself. But while we both wish it, I give you that which is mine to give. You cannot command me for I am a free person. "

Deziree recites:

    "But I shall serve you in those ways you require and the honeycomb will taste sweeter coming from my hand."

Deziree recites:

    "I pledge to you that yours will be the name I cry aloud in the night, and the eyes into which I smile in the morning."

Deziree recites:

    "This is my wedding vow to you. This is the marriage of equals."

Hollowsky smiles at Deziree.

Hollowsky says, "Thank you."

Hollowsky turns to face Lovar.

Hollowsky asks, "Lovar, have you prepared a vow for Deziree?"

Lovar says, "i have"

Lovar gazes fondly at Deziree.

Lovar clasps Deziree's hand tenderly.

Lovar recites:

    "I pledge to you the first bite from my meat and the first drink from my cup. I pledge to you my living and my dying, each equally in your care. I shall be a shield for your back, and you for mine. I shall not slander you, nor you me. I shall honor you above all others, and when we quarrel, we shall do so in private and tell no strangers our grievances."

Lovar recites:

    "This is my wedding vow to you. This is the marriage of equals."

Hollowsky smiles at Lovar.

Hollowsky says, "Thank you."

Hollowsky recites:

    "These promises you make by the sun and the moon,
      by fire and water,
      by day and night,
      by land and sea."

Hollowsky recites:

    "With these vows you swear, to be full partners, each to the other. 
     If one drops the load, the other will pick it up."

Hollowsky recites:

    "If one is a discredit to the other, his own honor will be forfeit, generation upon generation, until he repairs that which was damaged and finds that which was lost."

Hollowsky recites:

    "Should you fail to keep the oath you pledge today, the elements themselves will reach out and destroy you."

Hollowsky put an opal-capped snow white oak staff in his grey leather trousers.
Hollowsky removes a brushed silver wedding band from in his spidersilk pouch.
Hollowsky says, "The wedding bands."
Hollowsky smiles.

Hollowsky offers Lovar a brushed silver wedding band.
Lovar accepts Hollowsky's silver wedding band.
Lovar offers Deziree a brushed silver wedding band. 
Deziree accepts Lovar's silver wedding band.

Deziree slides a brushed silver wedding band onto her finger.

Hollowsky removes a brushed silver wedding band from in his spidersilk pouch.
Hollowsky offers Deziree a brushed silver wedding band. 

Lovar wipes the sweat from his brow.

Deziree accepts Hollowsky's silver wedding band.
Deziree offers Lovar a brushed silver wedding band.
Lovar accepts Deziree's silver wedding band.

Lovar slides a brushed silver wedding band onto his finger.

Hollowsky says, "As they place the bands on their fingers, Deziree and Lovar will stand before you as husband and wife from this day forth, now and forever.  You may now kiss the bride."

Lovar just kissed Deziree on the mouth.
Deziree just kissed Lovar on the mouth.

We'd like to thank those that were able to make it to our wedding and share the special night with us.

A special thanks to Lord Hollowsky and Lady Avrinet for helping us put together our ceremony.  And to Hollowsky for taking the time to honor us by doing the ceremony, he is a fine Priest and did a splendid job on his first wedding ceremony.
