I had start my first Job in a Photograph Equipment and Accessories Shop as a Part Time Account Clerk while I am still studying my LCCI Higher Diploma in Accounting. Below are my job expirience and description.

Position Account Assistant
Job Description Mainly act as role of Data Entry clerk, which assist Account Executive. Keep track of total of 16 branches' account and inventory control. Provide daily transaction report for meeting purposes.
Expiriences Gain Learning up Accpacc Account system. Get real accounting practise after my LCCI Higher Diploma.
Remark I had been work in this above two years. Since I need to continue my study at the first year, so I just work as a part-timer for the start. Later, I had shift my course to night classes. I start expirience the full time working environment.

Position Account cum Administrative Executive
Job Description Daily account transactions and administration work. Generate finacial report for Director meeting purpose. Also, manage some daily administrative work as well.
Expiriences Gain First time involve in administrative job other than account job. Facing a lot of administrative problem but had learn how to manage them and solving solution.
Remark This is a Card Design company. Most of teh time I need to meet a lot of customer. Not only financial jobs, but I need to do delivery, paper work, inventory control, job processing; sometime will involve in design and selection of design. Great expirience working with those artists.

Position Account/ Secretarial Administrator/ System Administrator
Job Description Financial planning and Daily Account Transactions, report to Secretary General and Treasurer. Oversea Games secretarial setup and administration work. Organizing meeting, report and documenting. Setup and maintain internal network between organization and associate members. Design and planning of IT development for both organization and associate members.
Expiriences Gain This is a place that I strat work out of my boundary. Not only Account and Administration, but also involve in Information Technology. I had been redesign the whole accounting system for the organization, since the existing accounting format looks difficult to trace data and report.
Also, I am the first one who start the IT department in the organization. Support not only the single organization, but consult and provide support to all 48 sport asscoiation under OCM.
Remark I had shift my course to IT at that time. I have very big interest in IT, but only effort to learn and study at that time. In order to gain actual expirience. I propose to setup a IT department and planning into future for the organization, including press room for all reporter, system which help to process reporting in tournament. At that time, most of the project will outsource to third party. And my role is coordinate with them and make them understand the structure and the needs of the organization. Also, working at the same time with other sport association to improve their IT knowledge and system.

Position Web Application Programmer
Job Description There are three junior programmer under my supervision. Mainly, I need to capture the customers' requirement and build the site according their budget and needs.
Beside Web Development, I also support the technical deaprtment in term of knowledge base in PC repairing, Networking, Server Configuration and etc.
Expiriences Gain Hotline Network start their business with a set of Accounting System. Even the famous Chicken Food Provider are using the system. We need to support customer who using this system.
The great thing in here is I learn to leading a team of people (even is just few of them) to achieve certain target. I am introduce the dynamic web application in ColdFusion to this company.
And I also start to explore into the power of ColdFusion, a powerful and fast developing tools and language.
Remark Leaving this company due to economy crisis cause the company make a negative profit. Company need to deploy most of the department but technician department.
In this company, we had success few event to promote the use of the website develop by us.Such as Quiz on radio about the company, Exhibition, and so on.

Position Operation Administrator cum IT Support
Job Description Support the operation of the company in daily running business. Mainly support the whole operation level of the company and assist to the Operation Manager. Also support any IT problem solving or consult on IT issues.
Developing intranet to support and simplify the process on paperwork.
Expiriences Gain First time expirience wotking in oversea. With the position that I am now, I had see and understand another business nature structure. This company is due with photocopier machine and design.
Remark This company having over 200 staff including office staff and operator. Branches setup in most Singapore Library, Polytechnic, University.
