Toronto, is Canada's largest city and the 5th largest city in North America (population). Located in the province of Ontario, along the shores of Lake Ontario (The Great Lakes). Formerly the city was composed of seven municipalities, including North York, where I live. On January 1, 1998, Metropolitan Toronto was amalgamated, and is now just the city of Toronto.
