Although Komrovsky Borzoi began in 1966, the real
essence of my dogs came from one single source: Am. Can. Ch.
Windswept Vassily Komrovsky (Ch. Crescent's Arctic Glacier ex
Ch. Windswept's Favorite Angel), aka "Seally". Seally
was a very special friend to me and his life with me is documented
in The Seally Chronicles, published nearly every quarter in Borzoi
International magazine, and also on B.I.'s webpage. Seally's
soundness, beauty, intelligence and incredible devotion to me
showed me what a Borzoi is really all about, and because of him,
any Komrovsky Borzoi I have are named in his honor, with the
first three letters of their name always being V'As...
Seally is found behind both of the Komrovsky litters, in the
fifth generation behind the first litter and the sixth generation
in the second litter. His spirit and love of life comes down
through the generations, and I am proud to have known such a
very unique and beautiful friend. |
