IF a ChanneL without SOME GuideLine, I mean GuideLine, The ChanneL will be in a Mess, full with Flooder, Fucker, Sucker and also Lamer *Wink*

* No Swearing
* No Begging for OP
* No Abuse of Power
* No Invitation of Other ChanneL
* No Sharing of OP Status with another person
having known of the password
* No Jumping of Status (e.g. You need to be an
AOP, in order to promote to SOP)
Breaking of any above mentioned
point will result loss of OP status
#OperCafe is a ChanneL for nonsense. (eg. swearing)
#AdminCafe is a ChanneL for Channel Admin matters.
