The AOP System was introduced in order to make sure all the AOPs are active. The following procedure is used to introduce a new AOP to the channel or propose a deletion of an AOP.
1.) A candidate can apply to be into the SOP Team
2.) A SOP Team members nominate an AOP candidate or propose a deletion
of a AOP, by emailing to kloper@egroups.com
stating the reasons whatsoever.
In the case of adding a new AOP, the nominator will be responsible in making sure the new AOP knows all about the channel Guidelines
In the case of "" an AOP, Op Team members who proposed the idea will inform any of the SOPs, SOPs can only delete an AOP only when the AOP disrupt the channel greatly, and emailing kloper@egroups.com immediately afterward, accompanying a log of reasonable length. In this case a memo should also be sent to stating that the AOP has been deleted, date of delete and the reason for the deletion.
