The following exists to manage the akick list, to ensure that all akicks placed are valid, and to ensure that the list does not unnecessarily huge.
Addition of AKICKS
The addition of an akick can be at any SOP's & AOP's discretion. AOP's can always memo SOP to set the akick. If the user disrupts the channel or blatantly violates any channel regulation, it is sufficient cause to justfiy an akick. NO akick should be set for personal reasons or hated in other channel out of #KL (ie. I don't like him so I will akick him), all personal problems should be kept out of the channel always in order to be fair and square.
If you added an akick then the following must be done:
1. Send a memo to #KL or email kloper@egroups.com stating :-
a) The NicK akicked
b) Briefly the reason why it is AKICKED
c) The mask in the AKICK list
Deletion of KICKS
NO SOP should delete an akick that he did not set himself.
Under normal circumstances once SOP is informed that an akick was set as long as there was no dispute with the akick being set nor its duration then SOP will remove the akick on the given day. If any OP Team Members require information on why an akick was set then it can be requested by email kloper@egroups.com. Only in the case of an unwaranted akick shall the Founder remove the AKICK. Under NO other circumstances should another SOP remove an AKICK that itself did not set.
