AUTOMATIC WRITING: When the inner self gives up control of the nervouse system. Some people believe that other beings(such as entities), can and do take over the nervouse systems of people who open themselves to being controlled in this way. By using automatic writing, a person can write many types of literature. I have wrote instruction on how to use Automatic Writing, feel free to try it.

 
 

AUTOMATIC WRITING

Have a journal ready to use. You might want to record the Date, Time and what you recieve.

Place yourself in a total state of protection by surrounding yourself with the psychic energy.

Invite a spirit to contact you and for them to share their wisdom.

Make sure that you are sitting properly and breathing correctly.

Hold your pen in hand and your journal ready to be use.

Clear your mind and place yourself in a deep and relaxed meditative state.

Sit quietly and wait.

It may take awhile if you are not use to automatic writing.

Once your hand starts to move, let it write the way it wants.

Try not to read what you are writing until you are done.
