 Pepper Mille: It seems mew haf a lot of admirers by the votes mew received! How does it feel to win?

 Bini:  I am so thrilled to win - My Meowmie did lots of campaigning fur me and when she had to go away to a conference last TUESDAY 9/11 - 9/13 (mwe were so furry worried about her)
Meowmies friends helped too. Mwe want to tank dem all furry much!!!

Pepper Mille: Mew haf an unusual name can mew tell us how mew got it? 

Bini: My former owners actually called me B.N. fur Big Nose - can mew imagine dat??? My Meomie says dat I yam beautifur and dat I hab a "Classic" nose - she luffs me furry much and I luff her too.

Pepper Mille: Are mew an adopted kitty?

Bini: Yes, I yam adopted - I don't remember my first owners, my Meowmie's Meowmie (my Grandmeowmie) found me in de road. I was lying in a puddle ob blood - dey thought dat I was dead and went to dribe around me but I picked up my head and dat sweet lady and her hubby stopped and picked me up out ob de road and took me to de vet. I lost my top left fang and I hab a permanent crease in my nose but I survived thanks to dose wonderfur people. No one claimed me at de vet's so Grandmeowmie took me home wid her, den my Auntie Deb took me home wid her and dat is where I met my first hubby Fuzzman. I libbed wid dem fur a few years but den Auntie Deb got a boyfurriend who din't like us so she left us in a catcarrier on my Meowmie's frontsteps. We was out dere all night cuz Meowmie and Fafur were gone somewhere and dey use de side door when dey come home. It was scary cuz we libbed in de city befur and dis is in de wilds wid owls and coyotes and fishercats. But when Meowmie and Fafur found us de next morning, dey took us in and luffed us fureber.
I yam about 14-15 years old.    

 Pepper Mille: Do mew live wif offur kitties? 

Bini:  Yes I lib wid Jasper Jax who was adopted furrom de Humane Society. Dere used to be Spooky (17 years old) who went to de bridge in August ob last year - and Duford who disappeared while Meowmie and Fafur was on vacation in 1995 - (de sitter let him out) and when I was furrst here der was Trouble and Sarah - dey both died in 1993 within months ob each odder. Dey were 16 yrs. old - Troubie died furrst in March and den Sarah died in July - I tink dat she missed Troubie too much. 
We lib in Grantham, NH where it is furry cold in de winter. Me and Jasper Jax hates being cold. 

Pepper Mille:   How did mew get to be a chubby cat? What are mewr favorite foods?

Bini:  I yam chubby cuz I believe in conserving my energy and eating well. Meowmies says dat all I do is eat and sleep - but reawy what else is dere to do???
My favorite foods are most:-) We eat dry food from Healthy Pets Net and we eat Nutro in de tiny cans. I alwayz remind dem when it is time to eat - on de weekends I sit on Fafurs chest to remind him dat he is not
up yet to feed us. He says dat when I walk on him it "feels like an elephant in high heels" Can mew imagine dat jez cuz I hab dainty feets!!!
I also luff tuna and swordfish and turkey and steak and pork. I yam not fussy:-)
Pepper Mille: Do mew haf a favorite sleeping place?

Bini: I usually sleep in de sleighbed if Meowmie and Fafur are dere and I sleep dere while dey are at wurrk or gone out. If dey are home I sleep on de loveseat in de libbing room if Meowmies is in dere but if she is at de
'puter where she spends most ob her time, I sleep in de chair beside it. I also like to sleep on de glider on de screenporch where my picutrr was taken dat was fur de contest.

Pepper Mille:    Are mew an inside kitty? 

Bini:  Yes we are inside kitties - our previous owners had us declawed but Meowmie would keep us in anyway cuz "dere are too many bad tings dat can happen to outdoor kitties". We get to go out on de screenporch and on de back deck dat is high off de ground wid no stairs so we won't jump off. It is a good life. De birds and de squirrels come to de feeders dat are in de back yard and eben on de deck so we get to see dem. We hab eben had wild turkeys right by de screenporch when we was out dere - Dey are HUGE!!! We din't want to go out den:-)

Bini: Meowmie has a page wid our pictures on it but she says dat it needs lots ob wurrk and dat someday she wants to do a real nice one but she has to lurrn how furrst.
