Fond Memories of Henry by Freya

When I came to liff with Henry he became my big brother. He watched over me and taught me many things. Even though he was not really happy to have to share his meowmie with me, Henry never picked on me or was mean to me. We'd play games - fun games. I'd chase him and jump right at him,but I'd jump over him and then run and hide. He'd chase me but I'd always gets away frum him. I looked up to Henry and learned many things from him. I watched him and he showed me how to go through the kitty door to the patio. I learned from him how to meow loud when meowmie played her squeeky recorder. Henry and I wud pace back and forth, meowing as plaintively as we could. Meowmie would sometimes stop playing and sit and laff at us. I miss Henry a lot. He was the best big brother a kitty could have.

Memories by  (Misty, SnowPuff, Keedie, Patches, Boo Boo, Yogi, Brownie, and Newman)

We rememfur Tang furry fondly. He first came to live here wif us when he was 9 months old. So he spent most of his life here.
Right from da beginning he had a cranky disposition and would growl and spit at mew if mew displeased him. But most of da time, he was furry nice. He used to like to hide in little nooks in da house, such as under da table or bed or in between boxes and fings. He luffed playing wif his balls wif bells in dem and wif catnip mousies, too. He was furry talkative, as most siamese are, and would meow all da time to us and to
meowmie. He hated to be picked up or photographed and would growl and spit if mew did. But if mew just let him come to mew, he would purr and be
furry nice.  He lived a long and happy life. We all miss him terribly. It seems so strange to not see his dear face hiding somewhere in da house or to hear his voice meowing for attention. We will nefer forget him.

.We never met our brofur Lloyd who passed over the Rainbow Bridge in December 2001 because meowmie has spoken about Lloyd quite a bit to us we sent his photo in. She said that he was a very mushy cat and liked to give Meowmie kitty kisses by doing nose rubs. He slept over her head while resting on her pillow at night. He was a lap kitty to Meowmie. Lloyd was very active in CLAW and was a Co-Leader of the OCS with Spike Brewer.

My brother Louis was my favorite sibkitty ever. He already lived in our house when I came in. He made friends with me right away, and he was my favorite siblingkitty. We always slept curled around each other, and walked side-by-side and played together. When he got sick and had to go to the Bridge I was very depressed for a long time. Mommy cuddled me a lot to help me through my grief. Now, even though I have 8 brothers and sisters, I am not close friends with any of them like I was with my special brotherkit, Lou.

Memories from KC and Mystry

Our hoomin mama found dis little calico girlkit an fell in luff
wiff her at first sight. She was only about 6 wks old an her mama Carmen (who is our mama too actually) at dat time was still a feral. With alla her pretty colors she was "A Patched She" kit so her name became Apatshe. At dis time she wasn't really ready to give up nursing so Mystry an I (KC) became her adoptive mamas.
She was always full of TUDE an so loving and playful. Alla us kits here (and dere is 17 of us) fell in luff wiff her. So many happy playful days teaching her to play wiff toys and play tag, wrestling. Eben Chip who is a very very proper and distinguished gentlemankit would play wiff her. Den one day she jus wasn't herself so mama ran her into da vetdoktur. Dey thought she had a slight cold so she came home wiff some medicines and for awhile it looked like she was getting better. Den about a week later she had what mama thought was a relapse and back to da vetdok she went. Dis time nothing wurked and we found out she had FIP. Mama brought her home to be wiff us until she went to da Bridge. Alla us took turns cuddling wiff Apatshe and making sure she was clean an warm (eben Topaz who just doesn't like being close to anyone). Apatshe went to the Bridge in mamas arms March 21 wiff alla us laying beside her GLOWing to light her way.

Love from Foudini

We were bestest fwiends and real sisfurs although we was born a year apart, we had da same feral Mom and Dad.She was the only kit and her mom abandoned her and she was scared. She was a very small kit and when mommie took her in for her first check up was told that she was FeLV+. The Vet said that if the other cats in the house had their shots, it was safe to have a positive one.
A year later I was born to the same feral Mother.Although we were new to each
other moment I joined the family we were sisters...it was love at first sight. When I meet my sisfur face to face, I just knew she was my sisfur and she loved me. We did effurything together. My Mom's favorite picture, she calls sisters on the sill, cause we are sitting side by side. For 2 years we were "the twins". we were never one without the other nearby.
Den one horrible day Tippy started cwying, I twied to confort her ,but I couldn't figure out what to do. When Mommy got home, she found us. I was beside her with wide eyes. Mommy knew this was bad, she called da vet, and then grabbed my sisfur and ran out the door. I paced and cried and fretted. A little while later, Mommy camed home and held me and said "I am sorry, Foudini  Tippy is gone, we could not help her" I knew that though, I knew it when my sisfur lay crying we had said our goodbyes before Mommy eben got home. I wuff my sisfur, and although der are 10 ob us now and lots are from the same feral Mother, I will not bond with another cat...ever.
There was only one sisfur for me.

Memories from Biggie & family

Cosmo came to live with us after he found himself in animal shelter one day. When brofur human came in to do his shift,Cosmo decided he'd make a great "daddy" and followed him around all day. When meowmie went to pick brofur up, brofur begged, and next thing you know Cosmo is coming home with brofur and meowmie! He was about four months old at the time. Brofur promptly forgot him, as teenage boys are wont to do, but Cosmo wouldn't let meowmie forget him. He started following HER everywhere! Cosmo had the best, most loving, most goofy personality of any cat meowmie has ever had. Every night he slept with her, either in her hair or with his head on her arm or shoulder. We wish we could tell his whole story but we know this must be brief. Meowmie was devastated the day he went to the bridge. We all miss him and know we will all be with him someday.
