Just so you know, it's okay to apply for marriage with a different bishounen after this if you'd like, just make sure that bishounen hasn't already been married/isn't waiting to be married.

About the "reason" part of the form--just tell me why you want to do this... I'm trying to keep fraud at a minimum here. So, maybe you're closing down your website, or you just aren't interested anymore. Whatever the reason, just provide it.
