: : : : Speaking of which, King Charles would be charged for rape and perjury in that episode, but if Videoland Law is the same as the Criminal Code of Canada, I'd doubt it that he would be charged with first- or second-degree murder. Maybe manslaughter.

: : : Well, considering that King Charles is the head honcho, he wouldn't be charged with rape.

: : Yes he would. He only wouldn't if the crime wasn't reported or the police notified.

: He's the King.

That doesn't matter. He's only one man agaisnt billions of other people in VideoLand.

: : : As for perjury, he never testified under oath. Being the main man, he wouldn't have to.

: : Yes he would have to, at some point. Look at your own president Bill Clinton.

: Cindy, you gotta realize the difference between a democracy and a monarchy. The King's word is law.

Not really. Look at England, they don't let the royalty get away with anything.

: : : Are government officials in Canada exempt from murder charges?

: : No.

: Then why'd you say King Charles would only be charged with manslaughter?

Probably because he killed the guards out of panic, and be cause he indirectly killed Mary. Just a hunch, but that is the legal system, and teh way things work in Canada, from what i've read.
