: Chris, according to the TF episode guide, Prime came back in the Season 3 finale called "The Return of Optimus Prime". After that was Season 4's "Rebirth". That's it for the U.S.
The Final episode was called "Final", it was a three part episode which introduced the Head Masters, and Cybertron returned to it's golden age, not "Rebirth". Season 4 lasted eight news episodes, not three.
