Machine Wars wasn't a series. It was a Kay-Bee exclusive toyline, which were all repaints of exclusive Euro-Transformers. Starscream was the big man for the Decepticons in the form of a mammoth stealth bomber. (Ironically, Megatron was an itty-bitt five dollar fighter.)
