Chris, you obviously have either forgotten the episode or have never seen it. Here's some dialogue from the episode:
Kevin: But he's not my friend.
Lana: What?
Kevin: Well, that's what's so weird. Mike is my worst enemy. Ever since I was a kid, he's been beating me up.
