I don't know if this idea violates your rule of no crossovers with big-name stuff, but I think that you'd attract way more visitors to your site, (especially Canadian visitors) if you did a crossover episode with something that we're more familiar with. How about instead of using the old Transformers for that Machine Wars episode, you use the characters from 'Beast Wars'? And use the Fuzors, too.
