Well, that's the thing about XPC: It's tricky as hell. Sometimes you can get a really intense layout going with tables and stuff, and certain times it wouldn't let you use a background image on another site (which I have come across in an annoying and repetitive incident, chalk it up to the move...).
But think about it, right now, the page is plain text with a form setup. It doesn't take a minute to load, and it's an eye-friendly design, so why mess with it?
