: : In the series, was there ever anything more than just the casual "hint" of romance between Kevin and Lana?
: Yeah, they kissed.
Mark, in what f'n episode of Captain N, between seasons 1-3, did they kiss? Just because you make up a past first, does not mean it's accurate. Or appropriate. Keep in mind, this series should be based off a childrens show.
: : As for Lana's sexuality, I don't see it. Mark's observation of her hands touching certian parts of Zelda's body were, in my humble opinion, just not right. it was probably done by some overly enthused artist who wanted a laugh.
: It was Zelda that touched Lana's breast - in two different shots, I may add.
*THUMP!* Yes folks, it's the sound of common sense bouncing off of Mark's forehead. No inertia either. Mark, honestly, I think these link-zelda-lana-kevin-stacey whatever 'relationshps' are unnecessary, pointless, plot-disrupting, and furthermore they just plain out SUCK!
: : Also, just for the fact that this is based off the cartoon, it should stay true to the cartoon. In cartoons (American, at least, no mentioning Sailor Moon) a bisexual relationship just isn't going to happen. And because it wouldn't happen in the cartoon, it shouldn't happen here.
: Um, it's my continuity. I can put whatever I want in it. Thank you very much.
*Knock Knock* Who could that be? Uncle Bob, you might want to step out of the way while DIC slaps a suit on his dellusional butt. Mark, it is not your continuity. If you were the only person writing stories then it would be your continuity. What if the next person to write a story made Kevin gay? And then introduced Karl, the leather-clad motorcyclist? You'd probably say (in your odd sense of humor) that you'd allow it, but I know you'd just edit that garbage out, leaving your 'continuity' in.
: That's because the series was about being homosexual. My Captain N continuity isn't about that. It's about relationships that just happen to be homosexual but are treated no differently than heterosexual relationships.
And all this time I thought Captain N was about this kid who was summoned to fight evil in Videoland.
P.S. It took every ounce of strength to keep myself from mentioning your last fic (Or what I read.) My suggestion, no more meaningless relationships with nothing to build on.
