Since you are all fans of the show, here is a suggestion. Why don't one of you go to the "Save our Sailors" site (Sailor Moon related site) and ask them for advice on how to get Captain N and Zelda back on the air. Instead of writing stupid "would-be continuation stories, do that instead people. C'mon I love the show too (hell, it's my #1 show of all time), but these other stories need to go elsewhere...like your dreams...And if that's too much work for ya', go to the Fox Family Channel Homepage (after all, they aired it for a couple of years)
