Since when has DiC been able to get the rights for everything? All of the Nintendo characters are copyrighted. They're lucky to have Kid Icarus (Who, of course is actually Pit but there's those damn copyrights again.) Look at Simon. Is he the real Simon? NO! Did he die in the show like he did in Castlevania 2? NO! It's all stupid copyright crap. And the show is not dead, it's in hybernation. :-)
