It has been my life long desire to create things with my hands, and baskets are a natural extension of these instincts. They are both utilitarian and decorative, and can be utilized from nature without destroying it. Inspired by the natural materials in this area, and the support and encouragement of my family, these baskets connect me to those that have walked before me. My baskets are an ancient art form influenced by Native American styles, and Southeastern USA Sea Island cultures.
