Audrey Audrey really thought she was going somewhere when she went up and over the plexiglass barracading the closet door in their room. 
Madelyn was impressed. After I retrieved Audrey, Madelyn had to check out the situation for her self in hopes that she, too, could try.

Rusty Rusty trying to escape is an every day occurance. If the door is open, he will try to escape. This is what I caught on camera one day.
With Clark, Eddie, and Freddie looking on, encouraging him, Rusty checks out the doorway and calculates his escape.
With Coach Clark cheering Rusty on, he attempts, but can't quit reach the edge of the plexiglass. Madelyn acting all innocent walks away as if she wants no part of this. 
Rusty continues to try, but still can't reach the edge of the plexiglass. He figures by lightening his load, he can reach the edge of the plexiglass. Clark continues his coaching.

He finally got hold of the edge of the plexiglass. 
But, he couldn't quite pull himself up. He hit the litterbox again. I don't have a picture of his second trip, but he did make it!
After lightening his load yet again, he was successful at pulling himself up and over. 
And, once again, Madelyn was there, taking notes, wondering how her siblings are able to jump so high. This is usually what's waiting for Rusty outside the ferret room door.
