History: Smiling Tiger's father was a member of a Long Range Recon Patrol in Cambodia during
the Vietnam era. The patrol came across a lost city and each member was wed to a "Daughter of the
Dragon" in order to produce a child of exceptional abilites. Smiling Tiger was the product of that
union. He was once gathered as part of the Folding Circle
by Diego Cassius, aka the Left Hand, and taken to the lost city to try and claim their destiny. The
Folding Circle was defeated, Smiling Tiger escaped alonside many of his teammates. They resurfaced
years later in Madripoor, trying to assume control of the local crime scene. They were defeated by
Night Thrasher and Silhouette.
Using Smiling Tiger in Your Campaign: Smiling Tiger has been shown to prey upon drug dealers.
He may show up if your characters are involved in any way with the drug trade, either breaking it up
or participating in it.
