The Terrible Two

The so-called Terrible Two is one of the single worst ideas in villain team-up history. Take a nutcase in a rabbit suit who shoots exploding carrots out of an umbrella and combine her with a moron in a walrus suit who just so happens to be able to punch through walls. That's not a team, it's a punchline.

Nevertheless, I guess these two qualify because they managed to give Spider-Man a hard time of it once (or maybe twice). Still, they're not much better than the Grip.

Using The Terrible Two in Your Campaign: I'm at a loss here, folks. I usually try to come up with something at least passable, but these two are pretty hopeless. Toss 'em in with the Kangaroo and have a laugh riot with your heroes.


The White Rabbit

Strength 3X
Agility 4C
Intellect 5X
Willpower 4X

Skills: Fast Exit, Thievery.

Equipment:
Umbrella Gun +3
  (Exploding Carrots +4)

Calling: Greed
Personality: Haughty and flippant. The White Rabbit has all the flair and menace of a debutaunte with a sub-machinegun.
       

The Walrus

Strength 12D
Agility 3X
Intellect 3X
Willpower 3X

Skills: Brawling.

Powers:
  Body Armor +3.

Calling: Soldier
Hindrances: Moron (not a real Hindrance, but you get the idea)
Personality: Slow and easily manipulated.
