Skills:

Brawling; Computers, Electronics; Observation.

Powers:

Body Armor +3
Computer Link 10
Energy Blast (Alpha Blast) 13

Calling: Vengeance
Hindrances: Obsessive (destroying Xavier)
Personality: Power believes all opponents to be hopelessly beneath him. He is dismissive of his foes, which leads to trouble more often than not. He is a brilliant man, but his assumption that all those he encounters are inferior to him is a serious flaw.

History: Anthony Power was once a trusted Washington advisor who served in the White House. His son's nervous breakdown in the military led him to reevaluate the country, however, and he decided that things would be better if one person were in charge. Determined to be that person, Power started a subversive movement. When he discovered his son would never recover (something he blames Charles Xavier for, although I'm not really sure why), he had his brain transfered into his son's body. Power was in the government's custody for some time, but when his inert body was being transferred he managed to escape, despite the best efforts of X-Factor. He currently remains at large.

Using Professor Power in Your Game: Any mutant hero can come under fire from Professor Power, especially if they have some tie to Charles Xavier. If Power believes a character's death would hurt Xavier, he will go to any lengths to do him in.
